Konsep Upper West didesign oleh AEDAS Singapore yang telah berpengalaman lebih dari 14 tahun di Inggris, Timur Tengah, dan Asia. Beberapa karyanya adalah Garden by the Bay Singapore dan Hongkong Border Crossing Facility.

Living, Working, Playing atau lebih mudahnya Hunian yang ditujuan sebagai tempat tinggal, tempat bekerja, dan tempat bermain. Upper West akan berkembang menjadi suatu tempat investasi yang menguntungkan dengan memberikan sebuah solusi masa kini dengan konsep baru terintegrasi abad 21 yang menggabungkan Living, Working, dan Playing.

Integration adalah tempat dimana semua yang khususnya milenials akan berkumpul bersama dan berkolaborasi di working space sehingga dapat menciptakan ide-ide cemerlang.

This mixed-use development consist of loft apartments, offce spaces, artisan retails and shared community area. The vision for this project is to deliver a product that caters to the needs of the tech-savvy “start-up generation”, creating a place where entrepreneurs can live, work, meet, collaborate and network. AEDAS, a world renowned architecture firm is the architect behind this development with a unique approach to create and combine loft concepts within all the units, creating a one of a kind development in Indonesia.

Peter joined Aedas in 2007 and has over 14 years of professional experience in the United Kingdom, Middle East, and Asia. His experience includes residential, commercial, mixed-use, and transport infrastructure projects.

Peter is skilled in design management and coordination. He has a proven track record in leading the design process, directing his team, and liaising with the clients and consultants through the various design phases.

Based in Singapore, Peter was a lead designer for MRT Thomson Line — his contribution includes the iconic 'Gardens By The Bay' station entrance. Peter was a pivotal member of the Aedas team that won the commissions to design the 'Hong Kong Border Crossing Facility' and the 'Integrated Transport Hub' in Singapore. He was a design leader of a mixed-use development in Yangon where he led the design for the hotel, office, and residence components.

Aedas is the world’s only truly local and global architecture and design practice, powered by 1400 creative minds in design studios across the globe. Its mission is to create worl-class design solutions that push the boundaries of cities and communities around the world-solutions like Upper West.
The briliant mind behind Upper West is Peter Engstrom of Aedas. His many residential, commercial, fixed use and transport infrastructure projects showcase his versatile capabilities.

With more than 14 year of professional experience in the United Kingdom, Middle East, and Asia, Peter has been pivotal in creating stand out attractions such as the iconic ‘Gardens By The Bay’station entrance. He was also a pivotal member of the Aedas team that won the commissions to design the ‘Hongkong Border Crossing Facility’ and the ‘Integrated Transport Hub’ in Singapore.

Upper West is strategically located with easy access to two toll roads:
Kebon Jeruk — BSD City and Pondok Indah — BSD City toll roads.

There will be a future alternative access via the Balaraja — Tigaraksa — Serpong toll road as well as the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR ) — Soekarno-Hatta international airport.

With the opening of the North JORR W2 (Ulunami — Joglo) toll road , BSD City has become a super prime location with direct toll access from:
Kebon Jeruk, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Kemayoran, Pluit, Permata Hijau, Semanggi, and TB Simatupang. All leading to BSD as the New Center.
